For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

6 years of experience as a Product Owner Business Analyst Product Manager or similar role.
Strong experience managing product backlogs and working with Agile engineering teams.
Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize make decisions and manage client expectations.
Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience in payments banking fintech digital products or regulated environments is a strong advantage.
Fluency in French (B2 Level) and English (B2 Level).
Availability for hybrid work (2x/week) in Lisbon or Porto (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
