What Youll do:

- Own the business responsibility for the group-wide Marketing & Sales Data Product across the customer journeyfrom campaigns to leads new customers revenue and profitability;

- Define develop and prioritize the business roadmap in close cooperation with Marketing Sales Analytics andManagement;

- Develop and harmonize key metrics such as lead conversion Customer Acquisition Cost Return on MarketingInvestment and other marketing and sales KPIs;

- Work closely with Germany Austria and other clients countries to establish a group-wide standard for marketing andsales data;

- Define business requirements data standards and data governance guidelines within the data mesh approach;

- Support and enable business departments to use the data product and make data-driven decisions.

Who You Are:

- Degree in computer science business informatics mathematics data science industrial engineering or acomparable field;

- Several years of experience as a Product Owner Business Analyst Data Product Owner or similar role;

- Strong understanding of marketing sales or CRM processes;

- Experience working with data products analytics or business intelligence solutions;

- Knowledge of modern data warehouse and cloud technologies ideally Snowflake;

- Experience with SQL data modeling and data quality frameworks;

- Ability to translate business requirements into concrete data and reporting solutions;

- Strong communication and facilitation skills with different stakeholders;

- Structured independent and strategic working style;

- Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban;

- Very good English skills.
