Job Summary

Your contribution to something big:

As Product Manager for next-generation heat pump water heaters within Bosch Home Comfort you will help shape innovative and sustainable solutions for the future of residential heating and hot water systems.

You will drive product strategy and support the development of energy-efficient technologies that contribute to decarbonization and smart home innovation in global markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define and drive mid- and long-term product strategies for future heat pump water heater platforms.
  • Identify business opportunities and lead pre-development initiatives for innovative product solutions.
  • Translate complex technical requirements and trade-offs into compelling customer-oriented value propositions.
  • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities to continuously improve the product portfolio.
  • Represent market and customer perspectives throughout development and go-to-market projects.
  • Collaborate closely with international cross-functional teams including engineering sales marketing and research & development.
  • Contribute to local and international regulatory and legislative discussions related to sustainable heating technologies.
  • Support the development of connected digitalized and energy-efficient home comfort solutions.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you: 

  • Education:
    • Master or higher academic degree in Management or Engineering.
       
  • Experience:
    • 3 years experience in Product Management ideally within HVAC renewable energy or home appliances.
       
  • Knowledge:
    • Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint Visio and Project).
    • Regulatory & Policy Literacy.
    • Connectivity & Digitalization.
    • Sustainability.
    • Knowledge in thermodynamics.
  • Languages:
    • Business fluent in English.
       
  • Personality & Soft Skills:
    • Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to finding solutions.
    • Business oriented and pro-active attitude.
    • Problem solving mindset.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Willing to work in a multicultural environment.
