Process Analysis & Improvement Specialist (fmdiv.)

• Analyze and map the current tariffing process and related activities within the EU Import Mailbox.
• Identify stakeholders process interfaces manual activities bottlenecks and improvement opportunities across the end-to-end workflow.
• Support and manage operational bottlenecks in the current mailbox handling process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities clarify roles and responsibilities and eliminate non-value-added activities.
• Implement process improvements and redesign workflows to create leaner more efficient ways of working.
• Drive initiatives towards process automation with the long-term objective of minimizing or eliminating manual mailbox handling.
• Document and communicate new processes acting as the first point of contact for stakeholder questions and feedback.
• Monitor process stabilization incorporate improvement feedback where needed and ensure a successful handover to the operational team.

Qualifications :

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• Experience in process analysis process improvement or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an operational environment.
• Experience in Foreign Trade Customs or related areas such as Logistics Purchasing or Sales is an advantage.

Know-how

• Process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Continuous Improvement (CIP) methodologies.
• Process optimization and automation mindset.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Languages

• English Full professional proficiency (written and spoken).
• German Nice to have.
• Portuguese Nice to have.
