Power Platform Engineer (mfd)

Were on the lookout for a talented Power Platform Engineer to shape our business transformation journey. Youll play a crucial role in designing and implementing powerful solutions using Microsofts Power Platform transforming complex challenges into streamlined automated processes. Your work within a closely-knit international team with the mission to give back time (vs. reduce headcount).

• Design develop and implement custom business applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Copilot Studio).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transform business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop andmaintainconnectors integrations and custom APIs for seamless data flow between systems.
• Optimizeand enhance existing Power Platform solutions for scalability performance and user experience.
• Implement best practices for application lifecycle management (ALM) governance security and performance optimization within Power Platform environments.
• Supportguideand inspirea community of decentral developers orbizpartners (citizen developers).
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented solutionsand stayup-to-datewith the latest Power Platform developments and best practices.

• Must-have: Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Desktop Flows Copilot Studio) ideally in a competence center set-up
• Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience with Dataverse SharePoint SQL Server and other Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Azure) tools
• Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team with a proactive risk-taking mindset and a strong sense of ownership
• Fluent in English (Portuguese and/ or German language proficiency is a plus)
