For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5 years of experience as a Power BI and Data Science expert;
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams fostering a culture of best practices in data engineering analytics and AI development;
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI including data modeling DAX report architecture and governance standards for enterprise-scale implementations;
- Ability to define and enforce technical standards code quality practices and scalable data architecture patterns across a multidisciplinary team;
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data and AI concepts for both technical team members and non-technical stakeholders;
- Track record of identifying and championing the adoption of emerging AI tools and technologies to increase team productivity and solution quality;
- Fluency in English (B2 Level or above);
- Availability for hybrid model 2x/week based in Porto;
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
