• Content Moderation: Review text image and video content to enforce community safety guidelines and digital standards.
• Platform Security: Investigate user reports regarding policy violations account issues and digital safety concerns.
• AI Training & Operations: Classify data evaluate AI system responses and supply high-quality input to improve online platform safety.
• User Support: Assist global users via chat email and occasional outbound calls regarding system policies and account inquiries.

• Language Skills: Native or fluent Portuguese (C1) and strong English (B2/C1) for training and team communication.
• Experience: 13 years in BPO content moderation customer service or tech support in fast-paced settings.
• Technical & Soft Skills: Typing speed of 30 WPM (85% accuracy) strong decision-making and comfort navigating social media platforms.
• Resilience & Awareness: Ability to objectively handle sensitive or complex online content with emotional maturity and high cultural awareness.
• Education: University degree in any field preferred (open to equivalent practical experience).
