A Customer Support Representative role with our client in Lisbon supporting the TAP Air Portugal project focused on assisting Polish-speaking customers via phone email and chat with travel-related inquiries and customer support requests within an international airline environment. Model: On-site Working Schedule: Rotational MondaySunday shifts (40h/week) In short: Airline customer support travel assistance multilingual contact centre environment.

• Native / fluent Polish and strong English (B2 level) are required
• Customer service mindset: Passion for helping customers strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain product/service information clearly
• Flexibility and reliability: Able to work a full-time 40 hour week on a rotating MondaySunday shift pattern and adapt to a dynamic multilingual environment
