Your Profile

• Native / fluent Polish and strong English (B2 level) are required
• Customer service mindset: Passion for helping customers strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain product/service information clearly.
• Flexibility and reliability: Able to work a full-time 40 hour week on a rotating MondaySunday shift pattern and adapt to a dynamic multilingual environment.
