Location: Lisbon Portugal

Role: Polish speaking Customer Advisor

Salary: €920 p/m (14 salary payments) plus fixed monthly bonus of 45 EUR gross plus €7.63 per working day meal allowance

Working hours: 40 hours per week: rotational between Monday to Sunday between 08:00 AM to 18:00 PM

Relocation: subsidised room in company apartment

As a Customer Support Representative you will support users of a leading global e-commerce platform through inbound and outbound calls. You will investigate and resolve queries from buyers sellers customers and content creators while delivering a professional and efficient service.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Investigate issues relating to orders deliveries and logistics.
• Check order and shipment statuses and provide clear updates.
• Resolve reported issues within agreed response times and quality standards.
• Escalate more complex cases according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Polish

• Previous customer service experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
