Polish-Speaking Content Moderation Specialist

In this role you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe inclusive digital environment for Polish-speaking online communities. You will review analyze and moderate user-generated content for a global social media and interactive platform to ensure full compliance with community safety guidelines. • Content Review & Analysis: Review user-generated content (video text images and audio) in Polish against platform policies local regulations and community safety protocols.
  
• Policy Enforcement: Make sound efficient decisions to approve flag or remove non-compliant content and escalate sensitive matters appropriately.
  
• Digital Integrity & Safety: Assist in identifying online trends policy evasion tactics or harmful behavior patterns to keep digital spaces secure.
  
• Data Logging: Maintain structured and accurate records of reviewed content and moderation outcomes using internal tracking tools.
  

• Location: Lisbon Portugal.
