Polish Customer Support Representative – Relocate from Poland to Lisbon

Still in Poland This role is in Lisbon Portugal and the move is paid for. 1040.68 EUR (w/ room)-1295 without room (gross).

To be clear before you read on: the job is in Lisbon Portugal not in Poland. You would be relocating. Most people we place have never lived abroad before and the company covers the parts that usually stop people.

• Flexibility and reliability: Able to work a full-time 40 hour week on a rotating MondaySunday shift pattern and adapt to a dynamic multilingual environment
• Customer service mindset: Passion for helping customers strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain product/service information clearly
• Native / fluent Polish and strong English (B2 level) are required
