Perks & Compensation

• Base Salary: 920 gross per month (14 months/year)
  
• Welcome Bonus: 1000 upfront
  
• Food Allowance: 7.63 per working day
  
• Attendance Bonus: 45 per month (for 11 months)
  
• Contract: Initial 6-month contract with potential for growth
  

What You Will Do

• Review e-commerce platform content to maintain safety quality and legal compliance.
  
• Make fast rational moderation decisions using your Polish market expertise.
  
• Review content within defined Service Level agreements and quality standards.
  
• Escalate complex platform issues following standard operating procedures.
  

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Fluency in both Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
  
• Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Lisbon (on-site position; no relocation package provided).
  
• Availability: Full-time flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts (MondaySunday 2 rotating days off).
  
• Skills: Strong decision-making adaptability to evolving platform policies and attention to detail.
