P&O Analyst
Job Summary

What you will do:
Support the extraction validation and consolidation of HR data from multiple sources
Maintain and update recurring reports and dashboards
Assist in automating and improving reporting processes
Analyze workforce metrics such as headcount turnover absenteeism performance and engagement
Support the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership
Document reporting methodologies and data definitions
Support the standardization of KPIs and metrics
Employment type: Full-Time/ Short Term Contract (1 year)
Work site: Lisbon
What are we looking for:
Education
Completed degree or certified training in Business Intelligence Data Analytics Information Systems Engineering Statistics or related areas
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools)
Advanced Excel skills
Solid understanding of data modelling and data visualization principles
Knowledge of SQL and python is highly desirable
Experience with data transformation and ETL processes is a plus
Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of attention to detail
Structured and organized working style
Clear communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proactive and collaborative attitude
