Performance Media Buyer

Were a a group of performance marketing agencies thats all about results helping businesses grow their online presence attract quality leads and get the most out of every marketing dollar. Our team is young ambitious and based in the stunning city of Lisbon. We are 40 people who are dynamic solution-oriented and ambitious using AI to streamline how we work. The Role:

Were searching for a passionate Performance Media Buyer who loves the challenge of creating and fine-tuning online campaigns that actually work. Youll be working across different markets using either Googles or Metas paid media ecosystem (or both!) to bring in new leads and users for a variety of products. If you enjoy mixing strategy with data-driven thinking and living inside Google Ads or Meta Ads all day this could be your perfect fit.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Managing and optimising campaigns on Google Ads (Search Display YouTube Performance Max) and/or Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram) depending on your area of expertise

• Diving into Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager and campaign reports to uncover whats working (and what could work better)

• Collaborating with clients to map out winning paid media strategies and set goals that matter

• Bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to everything we do

What Were Looking For:

• A degree in Marketing Management Economics or something similar

• At least one year of hands-on experience with Google Ads OR Meta Ads

• Familiarity with Google Analytics Google Tag Manager or Meta Ads Manager is a big plus

• An analytical mind and a drive to deliver results

• Curiosity about marketing and digital advertising

• Fluent English (extra languages Even better!)

• Excellent Excel skills are a big plus

• Someone whos creative energetic and comfortable with AI tools

• Great communication skills and a lets make it happen attitude
