Are you looking to be part of a strategic innovative project that focuses on excellence and delivering real value to clients The Lisbon Regional Delivery Center (Lisbon Center) is a WTW hub of excellence that supports our operational and consulting teams across the United Kingdom and Western Europe helping them grow simplify and transform the way they work.


With more than 15 years of experience and over 400 colleagues the Lisbon Center partners closely with consultants software developers business specialists and global teams across WTW.

This person will support an accurate and timely payroll process interacting with the payroll provider HR team managers and employees ensuring the correct compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect in time the data to be processed on a monthly basis (New starters terminations benefits awards sick leaves parental leaves etc

  • Check whether approval is required

  • Fill in the information with accuracy and efficiency to be sent to the payroll provider

  • Review the payroll calculation according with internal policies and law/fiscal regulations

  • Ask for clarifications/changes if needed

  • Prepare payments

  • Keep track of hour rates wages compensation benefit rates new hire information etc.

  • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from HR employees and managers

  • Prepare the monthly payroll related journals

  • Prepare reports for Finance Management Regulators Auditors

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local payroll regulations and compliance requirements



Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance Accounting and Taxation or Business Administration and Management
  • 3-5 years of experience

  • proven track record inhandling complex payroll cases

  • proficient in English (mandatory)
  • proficient in MS-Excel and Database (mandatory)
  • ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
