Payroll Admin French Speaker (mfd)

The Payroll team at SIXT ensures accurate compliant and timely payroll processing across our international markets. As a Payroll Admin (m/f/d) You will take ownership of the French payroll cycle working closely with HR Finance and external providers to guarantee smooth and compliant operations. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You manage accurate and timely payroll processing with a focus on the French market
• You ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems providers and internal processes
• You collaborate closely with HR Finance and third-party providers to resolve complex payroll issues
• You support the preparation of payroll reports audits and documentation for compliance
• You serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees and HR teams
• You assist with continuous improvement of payroll processes and support system updates and testing

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You bring 2 years of experience and strong expertise in French payroll processes and legislation
• Education You hold a degree in Finance Accounting Human Resources or a related field
• Tools You are experienced in working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g. ADP Workday)
• Attention to Detail You are highly organized and accurate in handling payroll data and documentation
• Languages You are fluent in French and English both written and verbal (mandatory)
• Soft Skills You are detail-oriented proactive and confident working cross-functionally in an international environment
