Payment Solutions Agent – French Speaker

Youll be joining a specialised Customer Service team dedicated to payment solutions one of the most in-demand areas in global customer support right now.

Your day-to-day will involve handling inbound contacts from French-speaking customers across phone chat and email helping them with everything from transaction queries and account access to payment troubleshooting and process guidance. Youll be the person who turns a frustrating moment into a resolved one and that matters.

This isnt a generic call centre role. Youll be working with structured processes clear escalation paths and a team that takes quality seriously. The clients youll support expect professionalism clarity and speed and youll be equipped to deliver all three.

Youll operate in both French and English throughout your shift so strong communication in both languages isnt just a bonus its the foundation of the role.

Over time youll develop a solid understanding of payment ecosystems customer behaviour and service excellence standards that are genuinely transferable across industries and markets.

Fluent French C1 English assessed via Harver English assessment At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role A genuine customer-first mindset patience clarity and the ability to stay composed under pressure Availability for rotative shifts including nights and weekends Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon

Base salary 165/month meal allowance Attendance bonus: 65 per month Health insurance from day 1

Lisbon fully on-site 6-month CDD contract Start date: 4 June 2026

Rotative shifts .Days off: 2 rotative days per week
