Model: Hybrid (3 days office 2 days home) location: Lisbon Portugal - Employment Type: Full-time Working hours: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM Languages: German C1 English salary: 1684 gross/month without apartment / 1270 gross/month with apartment (14 salaries a year) bonus up to 2000 and in short: German Ads.

Were looking for someone with german C1 English fluency previous sales experience ads sales experience team management experience (15-30 FTE) (ideally BPO) and approximately what is the size of the team they will manage > An Operations Supervisor typically manages a group of 15 agents while an Assistant Manager (ACM) manages around 50 agents.
