Operations Supervisor – German

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Lisbon Portugal and is hiring for the role of Operations Supervisor. As a German-speaking supervisor you will lead a sales team supporting the digital-advertising business of a leading international technology company.

• Lead a team of agents and drive advertising-sales performance
• Coach and develop team members
• Develop sales strategies and track KPIs
• Ensure high-quality service delivery

• Native or fluent German (C1) and good English (C1) spoken and written
• Team-management experience (1530 FTE ideally in a BPO)
• Ad-sales experience
• Previous sales experience

• Salary: 1270 gross per month with company-provided accommodation or 1684 gross per month without accommodation (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Bonus of up to 2000
• Meal allowance: approx. 130 per month

• If you live more than 100 km from the office: airport pick-up and a company room
• Relocation reimbursement for international candidates after 9 months

• Location: Lisbon Portugal hybrid (3 days in the office 2 days from home)
• Working hours: MondayFriday 08:0017:00
• Start: As soon as possible
