The Role

As an Operations Customer Expert you will be the first point of contact for customers helping them resolve questions and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

Provide professional and empathetic customer support

Assist customers with account management billing and technical issues

Provide accurate information about products services and features

Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions

Resolve customer inquiries efficiently

Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards

Work in a fast-paced multicultural environment

Requirements

Fluent/native Spanish (Castilian)
English B1

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset

Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms

Empathy adaptability and attention to detail

Flexibility to work rotational shifts

Candidates will support one of the following markets:

Castilian Basque

Castilian Catalan/Valencian

Castilian Galician

Salary & Benefits

Without accommodation:

Base salary: 950 gross/month

Holiday allowance: 79.16/month

Christmas allowance: 79.16/month

Meal allowance: 7/day

Total gross cash compensation: approximately 1262/month

With company accommodation:

Base salary: 776 gross/month

Accommodation benefit: 200/month

Furnished accommodation available for up to 14 months

Private room in a company apartment

Working Schedule

40 hours per week

8 hours/day 1-hour lunch break
Rotational shifts MondaySunday

24/7 operational coverage
