Operations Customer Expert – Polish

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Porto Portugal and is hiring for the role of Operations Customer Expert. You will support customers of a motorway and toll-road operator with operational and service enquiries. As a Polish-speaking specialist you will be the friendly professional voice of the company for its customers handling contacts by phone and email.

• Handle incoming customer contacts in Polish by phone and email
• Understand each customer's need and give accurate complete answers using the right tools
• Build trust through clear friendly and professional communication
• Document every interaction accurately in the company's systems
• Contribute to your team's quality productivity and customer-satisfaction targets

• Native or fluent Polish (C1) and good English (B2) spoken and written
• Excellent communication and active-listening skills
• Good problem-solving skills and calm under pressure
• Able to document cases accurately in CRM/SAP-style systems

• Salary: 1059.32 gross per month with company-provided accommodation or 1318.33 gross per month without accommodation (paid in 14 salaries per year)

• If you live more than 100 km from the office: airport pick-up and a company room
• Relocation reimbursement for international candidates after 9 months

• Location: Porto Portugal on-site
• Working hours: MondaySunday rotating shifts 40 hours per week
• Contract: Full-time 12-month contract
