Teleperformance Portugal is looking for experienced Operations Customer Experts to join our growing team!
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone chat and email
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Handle fraud disputes complaints and other complex cases
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences from start to finish
- Work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
Requirements
- C1 level English (written and spoken)
- At least 12 months of experience in banking payments fraud & disputes complaints handling or customer support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
