Operations Customer Expert Dutch
Location: Remote Lisbon Portugal
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Expert to provide friendly and professional customer support via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with orders deliveries payments refunds and returns.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Act as a point of contact for external sellers.
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and good command of English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented proactive and adaptable.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Working Schedule:
- 40 hours per week 8 working hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break.
- Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 23:00.
- Remote position based in Lisbon Portugal.
