Cross Border Talents is looking for an English-speaking customer support professional who enjoys finding solutions and creating great customer experiences.

You will support small and medium-sized businesses in the digital advertising space helping them understand products and tools while resolving their questions across different communication channels.

The role involves:

• Providing assistance through chat email and phone.
• Supporting customers before and after sales.
• Explaining product features and advertising tools.
• Investigating issues and recommending suitable solutions.
• Managing difficult situations with professionalism.
• Maintaining a friendly tone and a customer-first approach.

Your skills and qualities:

• C1 English proficiency or higher.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Empathy and active listening.
• Ability to de-escalate customer concerns.
• Responsible handling of sensitive information.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.

Job information:

• Location: Lisbon Portugal.
• Work model: On-site.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week rotating shifts.
• Training: Structured onboarding and intensive product training.
