In this role you will support one of the worlds leading search engines helping users navigate technical tools and optimizing their online experience.

• Technical Assistance: Provide high-quality support to Norwegian-speaking users regarding search functionality account configurations and digital tools.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical inquiries via phone email and chat with precision and clarity.
• Product Optimization: Identify user patterns and technical bugs collaborating with internal teams to help improve platform performance.
• Data Logging: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions within the internal CRM system.

• Location: Lisbon Portugal.
• Work Model: This is a full-time 100% on-site role based in our modern high-tech hub.

• Hours: 40 hours per week.
