Your Role:
- Assist Norwegian customers with inquiries orders and troubleshooting
- Ensure high customer satisfaction across all communication channels
Your Qualifications:
- Native or fluent Norwegian (C1/C2) and good English skills
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
