For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

9 years of experience as a Network Security Transition Manager
Deep expertise in network security principles and technologies including TCP/IP VPNs Firewalls IDS/IPS NAC DNS Security and WAFs is essential for overseeing the technical integrity of security transitions.
Proven ability to manage complex IT or security transitions end-to-end from planning through completion while ensuring operational continuity and minimizing risk.
Strong vendor management and third-party coordination skills are needed to orchestrate the handover of security assets responsibilities and service agreements across multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or Service Management principles is highly desirable to ensure structured compliant and auditable transition processes.
Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional communication skills are critical for aligning technical teams client stakeholders and external providers around shared transition milestones and security compliance requirements.
Fluency in English (B2)
Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week based in Lisboa
Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit
