Multilingual Services Customer Service Advisor Lisbon

Were recruiting Dutch speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Multilingual Services account based in Lisbon Portugal.

Youll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 01/Sep/26.

In this role youll answer customer questions by phone email and chat keep accurate records of each interaction and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
