Working within the Kings Cascais Boarding department means being part of a high-performance team dedicated to educational excellence and holistic student development. Whether in a pastoral role (Monitor) or operational role (Cleaning/Housekeeping) you are essential to maintaining the schools reputation for providing a safe elite and nurturing environment. You will support the day-to-day lives of students ensuring they live in a clean organized and supportive atmosphere that reflects the high standards of a top-tier international boarding school.
- Cleaning: Daily cleaning of student bedrooms bathrooms and common rooms (lounges kitchens).
- Laundry Services: Managing the washing drying and distribution of students bedding towels and personal clothing.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identifying and reporting any repairs or health and safety hazards to the House Manager.
- Safeguarding Awareness: Following strict safeguarding and child protection guidelines while working in student living areas.
- Experience: Previous experience in professional cleaning or hospitality is valued.
- Personal Qualities: Punctual discrete and able to interact politely with young people from diverse cultures.
- Skills: Knowledge of safe chemical use and basic Health & Safety practices.
