Perks of becoming a Rhino:

For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams
Proficiency in Agile principles such as Kanban Scrum and Pair Programming
Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe
Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle
Experience working with DevOps teams
Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)
Availability for hybrid work (3 days per week) in Lisbon Portugal for a project with a duration of 9 to 12 months (candidates should be based in Portugal to be considered. EU candidates are welcome if open to relocate in Portugal).
