For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

At least 3 years of professional experience delivering full lifecycle Salesforce implementations ideally in Service Cloud (good experience with Core Cloud Salesforce Voice (CTI) or Data Cloud is also valid);
strong Apes development skills including classes triggers and SOQL/SOSL;
Experience building Lightning Componentes with LWC and/or Aura;
Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations;
Strong Salesforce configuration skills including Flow Validation Rules and automation;
Ability to create techical documentation such as UML diagram sequence diagram and technical specifications;
Experience with unit testing defect analysis and bug fixing;
Familiarity with Git SFDX and CI/CD pipelines;
Salesforce Platform Developer Certification is required;
Experience with Omni-Channel Routing and Prioritisation is good to have;
Experience with Security and Access Model Data Access and Visibility is good to have;
Experience with reporting and analytics including Reports Dashboards and PowerBI integrations are a bonus;
Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML is bonus;
Fluency in English (C1 Level);
Availability for a hybrid regime 2x/week in Parque das Nações (Lisbon) (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
