Job Summary

 

  • Support production in root cause analysis and implementation of containment/corrective measures
  • Prepare and propose a list of possible solutions (concept / process / material)
  • Implement continuous improvement in production processes within the fields of mechanics pneumatics and analogue/digital electronics
  • Mechanical development/design of components applying DFA (Design for Assembly) and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) strategies.
  • Apply knowledge of mechanical systems and machine elements
  • Perform functional analysis of devices and machines during the approval phase
  • Interact with other technical teams with the aim of improving the response to issues related to production processes

 

 


Qualifications :

 

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of CAD/CAM processes
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor tools
  • Good knowledge of mechanical design materials and mechanical technology
  • Experience in preventive/intervention mechanical maintenance (valued)
  • Knowledge of industrial environments and production processes
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Industry 4.0 FMEA RCM and TPM tools
  • Availability to work rotating shifts or other schedules (mandatory)
  • Perform duties requiring dynamism proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Availability to travel
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good English skills in reading speaking and writing.
