Mechanical Industrialization Engineer (fmdiv.)

Your contribution to something big: 

• Develop and validateadvanced assembly processes and innovative manufacturing technologies alongside internal and external partners. 

• Support the industrialization phaseand mass production ramp-up by evaluating process requirements line readiness and process robustness on the shop floor. 

• Analyze product requirements holistically ensuring that mechanical product designs are fully optimized to meet manufacturing and assembly constraints. 

• Lead and coordinatecomprehensive Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) reviews to guarantee a seamless transition from prototype to mass production. 

• Coordinate technical alignmentbetween development departments and manufacturing partners worldwide. 

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

Education 

• University degree (Bachelors Masters or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering Automation or related technical discipline 

Experience and Know-how 

• Industry Experience:More than 5 years of proven professional experience in mechanical design process development automation or industrialization. 

• Manufacturing Technologies:Strong knowledge of diverse mechanical assembly processes such as plastic injection molding welding gluing taping and automated assembly systems. 

• 3D Design & Tolerancing:Solid experience in 3D CAD modeling and technical drawing creation with advanced knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Practical experience with PTC CREO is highly preferred. 

• Partner Coordination:Demonstrated experience coordinating development tooling and manufacturing partners. 

• Domain Expertise:Prior experience or interest in consumer electronics outdoor hardware products smart displays ECUs or IoT devices is considered a plus. 

Languages 

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
