What you will do

• Drive day-to-day operational excellence for thefunctionensuring smoothefficientand well-coordinated processes across ACCP and local markets and enabling consistent ways of working.

• Establish and govern core operational processes including content creation and delivery workflows coordinating market requests and externalpartnersand ensuring clear standards timelines and approval mechanisms for quality and compliance.

• Lead reporting and analytics forELMAC Corporate Affairsdeveloping dashboards performance reports and insights thatdemonstrateimpact inform decision-making and support continuousperformanceimprovement.

• Manage central resources and platformsincluding the agency roster resource planning processes central editorialcalendarand knowledge-sharing toolswhile coordinating key administrative processes such as meeting rhythms documentation workflowmanagementand governance.

• Own budget tracking and resource management processes enabling transparencysupporting planning and forecastingand reinforcing a one Corporate Affairs budget mindset.

• Enable talent and capability development supporting onboarding capability-building initiatives resource planning and coordination of learning and development programs.

• Ensureadherence tooperational standards andgovernancemaintainingstrong controls cleardocumentationand disciplined processes acrossELMAC.
  

• Serve asa central pointof coordination forthe Corporate Affairs Strategic Hub team at ACCPdriving alignment communication and follow-through on key initiatives cross-functionaldependenciesand enterprise priorities

• Act as a key interface between GlobalCorporate AffairsAnalytics and ELMAC Corporate Affairsfacilitatingknowledge sharing andidentifyingopportunities to enhance efficiency effectiveness and use of global tools and technologies.

• Contribute as a core member of a high-performingCorporate Affairs Strategic Hub team at ACCPhelping shape ways of working and supporting the evolution of the function.

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Operations Analytics or a related field.

• At least 5years experienceand a proventrack recordin operations analytics or program management ideally within a corporate or matrixed environment.

• Demonstrated capability in creating efficient and effective reportingdashboardsand performance analytics translating data into actionable insights

• Experience managing processesworkflowsand governance with strong attention to detail and quality standards.

• Proven ability to coordinate across teams and markets managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational problem-solving and communication skills with a proactive self-starter mindset.

• Proven ability to work in global teams and navigating complex stakeholder landscapesinfluencing without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Corporate Affairs Communications or Public Affairs functions.

• Experience supporting budget planningforecastingandresource.management ideally across multiple teams or markets.

• Strong working knowledge of digitalsocialand communications analytics including tools used for monitoring and performance reporting.

• Exposure totalent management activities including onboarding capabilitybuildingand resource planning.

• Amindestof continuous improvement andcuriousityabout new tools and technologies.
