We are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join the team at Concentrix Porto. In this on-site role you will provide essential customer support in German and English while contributing to a dynamic team focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.

• On-site position in Porto Portugal.

• Rotational schedule covering Monday to Sunday.
• Two rotational days off per week.
• Relocation support for eligible candidates.
• Shared accommodation support for candidates relocating from outside Portugal.
