For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

At least 10 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID: identity management Conditional Access PIM SSO and MFA
Advanced experience with Exchange Online: troubleshooting connectors security eDiscovery and compliance policies
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams: voice governance telephony integration and security policies
Proficiency in SharePoint Online: site administration permissions migrations and governance
Hands-on experience with PowerShell and automation tools (Power Automate Logic Apps Graph API)
Knowledge of cloud security practices (Zero Trust monitoring Defender for 365 Defender for Cloud)
Experience with migration projects (on-premises to M365/Azure)
Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)
Availability for hybrid work in Porto (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit).
