Job Summary
What youll do:
Close deals with clients by managing the full sales cycle and converting leads into active accounts.
Secure drivers/carriers by phone to match capacity with customer shipments and ensure on-time execution.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations dispatch customer service) to deliver seamless end-to-end service.
Conduct market and logistics research to identify opportunities monitor pricing trends and support strategic decision-making.
Work in the US time-zone (13.00-23.00 in Lisbon time)
Who you are:
-Fluent in English (at least C1 or more)
-Has at least 1 year of experience in ocean freight operations
-Experience in an international company would be a plus
-Self-confident team player committed and results-driven
