LOAN TRADING MIDDLE OFFICER
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Loan Trading Middle Officer to provide operational support to loan trading activities ensuring the successful processing and settlement of primary secondary and distressed loan transactions. This role will involve close collaboration with trading desks clients legal teams and operations stakeholders to support the full trade lifecycle while ensuring compliance with industry standards and market practices.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Support the settlement and processing of primary secondary and distressed loan trades for international markets.
• Create and maintain trade records ensuring all trade details are accurately captured and confirmed.
• Coordinate with counterparties administrative agents and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of required documentation.
• Monitor trading positions loan closing activities and settlement status escalating potential issues or delays when necessary.
• Prepare review and validate trade documentation and settlement packages according to market standards.
• Analyze credit agreements and amendments ensuring a thorough understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
• Perform pricing reviews before settlement and support funding-related activities.
• Produce regular management reporting on unsettled trades and key operational risk indicators.
• Monitor and process corporate events impacting loan transactions.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by leveraging spreadsheets pivot tables and automation tools to increase operational efficiency.

Your Key Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Middle Office Operations and banking processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.

Your Main Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Economics Finance Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
• Understanding of loan trading activities and transaction lifecycle management.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on client service and operational excellence.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
