What Youll do:

-Lead the definition and implementation of the organizations AI Governance framework and operating model.

- Design governance structures decision-making processes roles responsibilities and oversight mechanisms for AI initiatives.

- Develop policies standards guidelines and control frameworks aligned with AI Act requirements and Responsible AI principles.

- Define AI lifecycle governance models ensuring proper controls throughout development deployment monitoring and decommissioning.

- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to drive governance decisions facilitate workshops and establish the AI governance roadmap.

- Ensure alignment between AI Governance Data Governance Risk Management and the broader corporate operating model.

Who You Are:

-Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Systems Management Economics or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in IT Governance projects.

- At least 2 years of experience in AI Governance initiatives.

- Proven experience defining governance frameworks policies standards or operating models.

- Experience designing organizational structures responsibilities accountability models and decision-making mechanisms.

- Strong knowledge of Operating Model Design Enterprise Governance and Governance Frameworks.

- Experience defining AI solution lifecycle governance models.

- Solid understanding of the European AI Act and its governance and compliance requirements.

- Experience with Responsible AI AI Lifecycle Governance and Model Governance.

- Knowledge of Data Governance Data Quality Data Ownership and Metadata Management.

- Ability to define policies standards guidelines and control frameworks.

- Experience facilitating executive workshops and managing senior stakeholders.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Certifications such as COBIT ISO 38500 TOGAF DAMA or equivalent are a plus.

- Experience in the public sector or regulatory organizations is considered an advantage.
