What We Offer

• Work Setup: 100% Remote / Home-Office (full IT equipment kit provided: Mini PC monitor headset webcam and accessories)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM (40 hours per week 8 hours per day)
• Contract & Benefits: Full Portuguese employment contract paid intensive training and health insurance included from Day 1

Competitive Monthly Compensation

• Standard Remote Package (Without Company Apartment):
  • Base Salary: 920.00
  • Holiday & Christmas Allowances: 153.32
  • Meal Allowance: 154.00 (7.00/day)
  • Total Gross Cash: 1227.32 / month
• Relocation Package (With Company Apartment for those living 100km away):
  • Base Salary: 760.00
  • Holiday & Christmas Allowances: 126.66
  • Meal Allowance: 154.00 (7.00/day)
  • Housing Benefit: 200.00
  • Total Gross Cash: 1040.66 / month Fully furnished accommodation

Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Portugal with valid work authorization.
• Advanced C1 proficiency in both Ukrainian and English.
• Strong communication skills for phone and video interpretation (Medical Legal and Insurance sectors).
• Stable home internet connection.
