For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

1 to 3 years years of experience as a Support Analyst
Solid understanding of Salesforce standard objects and core platform functionality to support day-to-day user and system needs.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a consistent commitment to delivering high-quality responsive service to internal and external clients.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation is a plus.
Experience with data loading tools like Data Loader is a plus.
English language skills at least a B2 level.
Availability for a hybrid work model 2 times a week in the Lisbon or Porto office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit).
