Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer support via phone email and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries account-related questions and service requests.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards in all customer interactions.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through clear and effective communication.
  • Stay informed about products services and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
  • Native or fluent Spanish (C1/C2 level).
  • Portuguese language skills at B2 level or higher.
  • Minimum education: Completed 12th Grade / High School Diploma.
  • Previous experience in customer service contact center or support roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
