Junior Network Engineer

The Junior Network Engineer is responsible for ensuring the availability performance and security of the network infrastructures of multiple customers within a shared services team. The Junior Network Engineer operates and maintains LAN/WAN datacenter and security components in a 24/7 production environment. 

Responsibilities:

Junior Network Engineer with foundational knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN environments and network monitoring. Experienced in supporting network operations handling alerts and incidents performing basic troubleshooting and assisting with network changes and maintenance activities. Strong interest in learning and developing technical skills with a proactive approach to documentation process improvement and ensuring reliable secure and high-performing network services.

Qualifications :

Experience & Core Skills

• 1 year of handson experience in network operations/run.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and clear communication (written & verbal).
• Fluent in English; comfortable with technical English.
• Able to prioritize work autonomously and perform under oncall conditions.
• Security: Firewalls F5 and Fortinet - mandatory
• Rigorous responsible reliable - especially in production and oncall environments.
• Strong analytical thinking; remains calm and reactive during crises.
• Teamoriented mindset in multicustomer environments.
• Organized autonomous and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Customerfocused with respect for SLAs and deadlines
