Junior Managers Program (JMP) – Logistics (fmdiv.)

As a JMP in Logistics you will contribute to the transformation and optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes while developing a comprehensive understanding of Bosch operations.

You will:

Lead Transformation & Innovation

• Artificial Intelligence and data-driven logistics
• Supply chain digitalization
• Warehouse transport and material flow optimization
• Automation and smart logistics solutions
• Process standardization and continuous improvement

Analyze & Improve

• Understand end-to-end logistics processes
• Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

Collaborate & Influence

• Work with logistics production planning IT customers suppliers and senior management to implement transformation initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.

Build a Holistic Business Perspective

• Understand how logistics connects with manufacturing procurement customers suppliers and business strategy.

Qualifications :

Education

• Masters degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Business Informatics Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Experience

• Up to 3 years of professional experience.
• International exposure through studies internships or work experience is considered an advantage.
• Experience in logistics manufacturing production planning purchasing or supply chain projects is a plus.
