Job Summary
Were looking for a detail-oriented junior professional to join the Derivatives Clearing team and support daily this role youll work with an experienced team to monitor trades ensure accurate record-keeping and assist with client communications. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in derivatives clearing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assist with trade allocation across exchanges to support smooth trade processing
- Support reconciliation activities between internal systems and exchanges (trades positions margins and premiums)
- Help respond to client inquiries and requests via email in a timely manner
- Assist with day-to-day clearing operations under the guidance of senior team members
- Contribute to maintaining accurate records and identifying any discrepancies
Qualifications :
Technical skills:
- Good Microsoft skills: Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and team player
- knowledge in VBA and/or Powerquery is a plus
- Continuous improvement and/or Lean mindset is welcome
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English
