For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 8 years of experience as a Lead Developer
- Hands-on expertise in Java Spring Boot Spring Framework and Spring Security with proven delivery of enterprise-grade REST APIs and Event-Driven Architectures.
- Full-stack development proficiency across backend microservices and frontend frameworks (Angular or React) deployed on Azure AWS or Google Cloud using Kubernetes and containerization.
- Strong DevOps command covering Git CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as Code and automated testing frameworks within Scrum or Kanban delivery teams.
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot Microsoft Copilot or LLM-based platforms) to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality and security compliance.
- Availability for on-call activities;
- Fluency in English (B2 Level);
- Fluency in German 8B2 Level) is a nice to have;
- Availability for hybrid model 1x/week in Lisbon (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
