THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as aJava Developer (Global Markets) for a national project.


YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the application;
• Ensure the platform is developed and maintained to the highest standards of quality security and performance;
• Participate in an agile based software development life cycle including technical analysis documentation development testing and code reviews;
• Collaborate with the production support team for release and maintenance of the components;
• Work directly with business users to understand the requirements and perform L3 support when needed.

• Computer Science major (or related) with high GPA or 3 years of relevant experience;
• Experience with understanding the requirements and software application testing;
• Experience frontend or fullstack development and/or experience with asyncronous messaging and/or ability to navigate and understand evolved codebases;
• Experience in agile development methodologies and team collaboration;
• Ideally exposure to Corporate Investment Banking understanding of Cash Equities;
• Solid experience with Java 21 and Spring framework;
• Experience with RDBMs and SQL;
• Knowledge of Messaging;
• Knowledge of CI/CD Maven Git Shell scripting JavaScript;
• Fluency in English(written & spoken).
