Italian-Speaking Technical Support Specialist – Customer Experience

CloserHire is partnering with a global technology company to recruit Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialists for a new project based in this role you will provide professional technical assistance and customer support to users of cutting-edge camera drones. You will guide customers through troubleshooting product usage and problem resolution while ensuring an excellent overall experience. Your Role

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Italian
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues with camera drones
• Assist customers with setup functionality and maintenance guidance
• Educate users on features firmware updates and common usage issues
• Log and manage cases accurately in internal systems
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex technical problems
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication

Your Profile

• Native or fluent Italian (C1 level)
• Basic knowledge of English for internal communication
• Previous experience in technical support IT or electronics is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced international environment
• Interest or experience in drones consumer electronics or related technology is a plus
