Join a dynamic team supporting viewers of a well-known international entertainment brand. Youll work fully from home as their first point of contact and brand ambassador.

What youll do

• Help viewers by phone chat and email
• Give account and app support including software functionality
• Troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
• Give accurate real-time answers
• Keep clear records of every interaction

What you bring

• Fluent Italian and English
• A genuine passion for helping customers
• Technical aptitude: comfortable troubleshooting apps devices and home networks
• Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday between 7 AM and 9 PM with 2 rotating days off
